I get passed that all of the time. I'm on a work computer and it automatically finds an IP that works as we have several. Again, I don't post when I'm at home. You can also contact your local ISP and tell them you are having troubles with your IP and some companies will give you a new one. (at least I think that's how it works the last time I had to do it )

EDIT: I do not advocate this for illegal or unjust practices. I only did this to stop a retarded stalker from gathering private and sensitive information and wrecking my credit and fooling around with my computer equipment and throwing viruses on items I've spent thousands of dollars on. (damn prick ) It's also the reason why I feel more comfortable using my work computer most often to go online.

The IP addresses of your work place still fall within a fairly small range It wouldn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out...of course our IT guy where I work probably isn't aware of this crazy new IP thingy.

Our brokerage is through a national mortgage and banking corporation. For security each time you reconnect you have a new IP. If you are not showing activity for a long period of time it disconnects you. The corporation has it's own service, so we're not going through the standard local ISPs. I'm sure you could find out the corporation my brokerage belongs to.
