    Hi,

Since the site has been updated I can no longer choose a custom color. When clicking on the custom/change feature it opens a blank page. I am unable to read the pages on the site because of the standard colors chosen.

Your help with this problem would be very much appreciated as I find myself on this site everynight.

Many thanks for providing such a valuable source of information.

    Regards,
    Blinky88

I am having the same problem... stuck with red screen.
Guess WinXp Pro SP2 is the culprit. For me, the "more latest active topics here" also not working.

    close all internet explorer browsers
go the the documents and settings\yourusername\cookies folder
search for files named videohelp, you probably have one for www.videohelp.com and videohelp.com(no www)
    delete them all

pchan: the more latest active topics should work now....i changed it from dvdrhelp to videohelp.

I have added so everyone can choose other users custom colors.

    www.videohelp.com/layout

or click on Custom under Site Layout in the menu here to the left.
