    Ok I have tmpgenc and I was trying to de-multiplex 40 minutes (or the first half of a movie) everytime I begin to de-multiplex the file it will only de-multiplex the first 18 minutes. Does anyone no why this is happening?

    No, but I could guess: The file you're trying to demux is somehow corrupt at the 18 minutes mark...
