RIMA = GOOD SERVICE !

I recently ordered Taiyo Yuden DVD-R 4.7 gb, 4x White Inkjet Printable from Rima and was shipped the wrong disc. I emailed them thinking that I'm going to have a hassle with them trying to get an exchange and to my surprise they emailed me promptly back, apologized, and told me that a new shipment of the correct item would be shipped out immediately at their expense, and they would also pick up the wrong item at their expense! Talk about quick and friendly customer service! My apologies to them for my earlier whining before I had talked to them ... I know where I'll buy from now on.

i totally agree, i never have a problem with rima. com, newgg.com and tigerdirect.com, they are industry leaders in my mind!!!

I order everything from Rima, never had any problems. They always ship fast and well packaged. Newegg too, when I had a burner go bad I sent it back for a refund, ordered a new one and they waived the restocking fee on the one I sent back since I ordered another one exactly like it. When I find a place I like I stick with them, they both have a loyal customer here.

I ordered some 8X Ty Printables from Rima and got a call from them on Monday to say that they may have shipped the wrong item. I am to call them when the shipment arrives to verify the items in the package. Very good public relations, if you ask me. I buy exclusively from them and have never been disappointed - fast shipment, sturdy packaging and great customer service. Also great prices.
