Go Black and Gold.
TK - yea, the lions didn't look very good today.
Although, to be honest, I thought Harrington played alright. Mike Williams has to catch those 2 TD passes. Especially the first oneand I think it's a completely different game. Harrington may hit a rythm, Detroit was running the ball very well and who knows.
Then both teams really need to show a little bit of something that the rest of the league calls "DEFENSE" because I didn't see much of that on either side
Unlike the other game where it was difficult to tell whether it was good defense or pathetic offense. That game was like Drunk Turtle sex....slow and sloppy.
OH WELL..........GO STEELERS, come on Washington, we're ready![]()

You're right, ROY Williams. Mike Williams is the receiver from USC who isn't playing this year because he followed Clarrett
But there were some other passes that Harrington has to make. -
Hello,
No Lions on tv today (they lost on Thursday). Oh well at least they won't LOSE!

But they have no chance to win either. Donut-Hole Theorem.

Hello,
Did anyone see the Bengals/Browns game????
What was it 58-48????? There was a 106 points scored - 7 shy of the record....
Wow, the blowout in OHIO - And this time it wasn't OHIO STATE!

Hello,
Hey John Navarre is starting for ARIZONA this Sunday
It'll be interesting to see the former Michigan QB get his first NFL start. He'll probably get 4 TD passes against the LIONS!Maybe he'll even get a rushing TD himself!

I think we'd better examine more closely where your loyalties lie.

Well the Lions won. It was hard to get excited about it. After all it was just the Cardinals. And poor Navarre. He didn't look rattled but wasn't sharp with 4 ints.
I mean the Lions should have had a ton more points but had to settle for field goals. Harrington saved his job but certainly didn't stand out like he should have. And the receivers were better but could have been a lot better.
Kevin Jones certainly was a high point. The best runner we've had since James Stewart it would seem.

35-3 at halftime right now, for the Eagles over the Packers. Man.....GB is horrible!!!!!
-
No, the Eagles are that good. In fact I really respected the Eagles going into this game too with McNabb and TO being some great players, however I no longer have respect for them as a team since they decided to leave in their first string guys after the game was obviously decided in the 3rd quarter. That just shows no respect for the other team on the field or your own players by leaving them out there against a frustrated opposition. At any rate the Packers certainly didn't look like they belonged on the field either.
You know it would be nice to the see the old NFC Central (now NFC North) division teams dominating the league. It would be nice to see a revival in the Bears like their '85 roster. We've got a really piss-poor division all aroundFB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
Hello,
Hmm... Lions vs Greenbay Sunday....
Greenbaby got smoked last weekend (typo on purpose). I think they're gonna come back so hard they'll squish the Lions and sweep them off the field.
Oh yeah and isn't it in Greenbay where we haven't won in over 10 years????

The girls won two nights ago, and now sadly they are entertaining playoff talk.
They do not even need to be thinking playoffs. -
I believe the Lions are out of their funk and will "shock the house" and Green Bay as well. GO LIONS!

If Jones can stay on the field and give the Lions at least 30mins possesion time than there's hope

What up Detroit!
So they thrived on a horribly undisciplined Packers defense the first half and took advantage of it, good for them. Too bad they weren't prepared for a real game in Lambeau for the second half.
However I wish your team all the luck next week against the Queens. I think if you win against them then we get the division title (FWIW this year anyway). Drub 'em good so we can come in and mop up at the Metrodome on Christmas eveFB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
Hello,
Ugh....
I'm just glad they weren't embarrased. They had a legit shot.
I thought they were going to totally cave like they did against Minnesota the other week. I give them credit for hangin in as long as they did.

**** that.I would rather have the LieDowns get there ass kicked per the norm. Then you dont have to waste time watching the whole game when they blow it at the last minute

I HATED watching last weeks game except for Kevin Jones. Simply because instead of getting touchdowns they settled for field goals

Hello,
Well looks like Harrington will start Sunday. They said he took practice with the no 1 offensive set.
It's not that it's all Harrington's fault exactly but with 5 wins wouldn't it make sense to try to jump start the offense with SOME kind of change??????
KevinDonatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
The score of the girls/iggles game will be 100-3.
The girls will get a field goal from Billy Cundiff that really did not go in.
The officiating crew just felt sorry for the girls. -

Well, when you're one PAT snap away from a tied game, we find a way to choke. See ya next week. Go Lions!
Hello. -
Stupid f'ing Lions. Now Fox is going to get all the hype they want out of the game Friday.

Hello,
It's so hard to get excited about the Lions. Even when they're doing something RIGHT they find a way to blow it.
At least Harrington played well enough - the pics still looked awful (pics as in interceptions for you non- football foke - but then again if your not into football what are you doing reading my NFL thread I started way back in September????).
KevinDonatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
DAMMIT
Are you kidding me?????? A PAT snap?
I was even rooting for the Lions today, I don't like the Vikings. Have hated them ever since they fired Dennis Green.
