I`ve downloaded a couple of tv series, the first one (avi) i converted to mpeg1 with TMPGenc, it worked out well but the next one also an avi, is very stuttery, then ok then stuttery. Sound is ok, it`s plays the same in media player from the original d/load just wondering if it is a codec issue and if the original d/load can be repaired.
One last question, i`ve tried to backup a dvd but Tmpgenc won`t recognise the .d2v files, i know i`ve looked at the enviro settings and the guides, and still can`t figure out why. Would it be becuse it`s a dual layer because it is the first dual layer dvd i`ve tried, all the older ones i have, have been done with no troubles.
Anyway i hope that someone can shed alittle light. Sorry if the q`s sound stupid, i`m still a newbie at all of this. Thanks in advance.
