This is fun trying different distros. I tried to download one called GoboLinux, see http://www.gobolinux.org/index.php?lang=en_US&page=screenshotsKnoppix, on the other hand is amazing considering it all fits on one CD! ohmy.gif Next I'll have a look at SUSE. This is a lot of fun.
I just tried going there and the operation timed out. It was weird, I started my download last night and this morning it was stuck at 53%, and looked frozen. I cancelled & I guess I'll just have to try again tonite.

These are all distros that I think look good enough to download. Personally I think I am going to go with berry linux next. -
MandrakeMove is also supposed to be good, based on Mandrake 10 (which is basically linux for n00bs), however, I couldn't get it to boot to GUI on 3 PCs

I found Knoppix a while ago (Ver 3.2) and it's been my troubleshooting ace in the hole ever since. I'll have to go check the newer versions to see if I'm missing out on anything.
If you travel and have to use other people's computers for stuff on the net and like your privacy, you just can't beat a Knoppix CD and a thumb drive.
