Video Codec: MS MPEG4 V3?

I have an avi file and it's video codec says "MS MPEG4 V3". When I play it, I get the audio but I just get a blank screen.

Do I need to install this ASF Codec(MPEG-4 V1/2/3)?

How can I uninstall the hacked MS MPEG4 V3? (I hope there is a way to uninstall it, I hate when there's no uninstall for it. )

Strangely, when I opened the video with WMP, it told me the video codec was, Moonlight NicePheratu... -_-

How can I watch it now? I have the Elecard Decoder but the screen is still blank. I also have the latest DiVX Codec installed.

They're both hacks, just like DivX 3.11

Re-install of Windows Media codec would probably overwrite the hacked codecs.
