    Help problems installing TEMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5 or latest .

    When i try to install i keep getting this window pop up ive looked on the net but cant find anything about it can anyone help .

    It starts to install when i click on the install.exe file then this pops up .


    The installation package could not be opened.Verify that the package exists and that you can access it,or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package

    My 2 cents:

    1- I guess your downloaded copy is corrupted.
    2- Or you need a new installer from ms
    It's time to kick some butts, and presto ( if you know what I mean )

    Ive downloaded it several times from the officail site and it keeps saying the same .

    What do you mean by a new installer from MS?
