hi...I need to make sure that the following products are absolutely in sync with each other...so if one of u guys knows enough about this..please feel free to give me some constructive feedback..I sure do need it.

    Products are:

    VGA & Graphic Accelerator : Matrox G550 ( 128 mb Dual Head)
Sound Card: Nothing specific (u tell me!)
Capture Card: Matrox RTX100 ( I have Matrox RT2500, will be upgrading soon)
Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro AND Avid Xpress Pro

Let me know what u think...and please give me suggestions for what might work best regarding a sound card and what (mb) should i get for great sound quality (again with this vga and capture combination).

P.S: If my PC specs determines if this is a good combo, please check my computer detail icon..it has all the info.

    Thanks to all..

good god. give the colors and bold a miss, mate

AFAIK GeForce or Radeon are graphics cards, not sound cards. You'd be looking at Creative Soundblasters and things like that. The mobo won't influence sound quality if you get a dedicated sound card either.
    If in doubt, Google it.
