I want something that outputs the cpu performance and such to a graph...and then outputs it as a webpage or image.

i think I found a good tool, http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/

RRD itself is just a graphing engine, it doesn't include anything to actually get the performance data. mrtg can do that, but it's a little complicated to configure (it uses SNMP).
