    can anyone recommend a slideshow program that will produce an AVI slideshow file for using in a dvd menu, a simple to use one with no super effects will do the job!! Thanks

    Try Slide Show Movie Maker...... its as simple as u want it to be..... has random transitions also if u change your mind....

    I got Nero Photo Show Express off of the Nero website and I really like it. Has a lot of different things you can do and it is free if you own nero.
