  1. some MPG file went through fine when I added it, and some get this GOP header error, the full error is like this


    The video Sequence header is incorrect
    A video sequence header is necessary for every GOP in standard DVD

    I can't seems to reencode the file using TMPGenc, any other ideas?

  3. Try de-mux and re-mux with TmpgEncPlus.
    It will re-write the header for the file.

    You can also get the trial version of VideoReDo and use its "Quickstream Fix" to repair the file.

    There is a program that does nothing but insert GOP headers.
    I forgot it's name. look in tools

    22564 s packets cause buffer underflow the MPEG file might cause error when it played

    forget about demux/remux......

    like someone else said, use TMPGEnc>MPEG Tools>Merge & Cut> then select MPEG-2 Program(VBR).....this has worked every time for me
