    i am trying to put auduio onto a picture for use in tmpg dvd authour, i know i have to use tmpgnec to do this but every time i start the process i get "index of scan line is out of range error", what type of file do need to have the picture in and what type of audio file ?i have tried jpeg and bitmap and the audio is a wav file?

    Actually tmpgenc dvd author will accept audio files. I think it only accepts .mp2 though.

    i know authour will but im trying to convert my picture and audio track into an mp2 file so it will go into dvd authour, thanks anyway

    Hello,

    You can leave the video alone. Use besweet to convert it to mp2. Then you'll need beslice to make it work with tmpgenc.

    use ffmpeggui and convert to mp2.

    is it easy to use, you say leave the video alone you mean just insert the converted audio into tmpgenc along with the pic file
