  2. The best way to do this is virtualdub and its filters plus substation alpha v4 or you can use something like Ulead Media Studio Pro.

  9. The "subtitler" filter is designed to draw text onto video.
and you can download it from http://www.virtualdub.org/downloads/subtitler-2_1.zip
And the Location of Substation Alpha is:
    http://www.eswat.demon.co.uk/
    Both are Free.
The author of subtitler filter is the same author of virtualdub Avery Lee.
The filter itself has no interface to edit scripts.
You can find the guide at this great vcdhelp site.
    Good luck.

  12. Why do you want to know this ?
You can private message me !
BTW you've linked "Thanks" to your e-mail address !
    I missed this topic for a while,sorry.
I think almost everything related to VCD stuff can be found at this great site and its forum.
It has helped me a lot. But the bad thing is that the forum or the site is sometimes down and I hope baldrick solves the problems.
Also the site's navigation is very easy and good.
I will post this in a new topic later.
