  1. I use dvd shrink to copy my movies. I have recently re-installed windows XP due to a virus and every since then I have not been able to watch my movies on anything except my burner drive. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. Updating the firmware on my DVD ROM solved the problem for me.

  3. I am also having a problem with DVD shrink since upgrading to SP2. I am making backup copies of all my already backup collection using inket printables, and when I insert the backup copies to open disc, DVD Shrink goes into not responding mode - when I inser the originals however, they open just fine...not a real big problem, but was wondering why it only hangs on the backup copies

Out of interest, why use DVDshrink to copy backups ?

I think DVDDecrypter's ISO Read / ISO Write combo is the best for copying unencrypted DVDs.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  5. I initially used a backup to copy because it was already devoid of the languages and other bloated extras on the dvd...this is when I first noted that DVD Shrink was hanging up on all my already backed up copies. Pop in the original, and it begins reading it no problem. Pretty much just for curiousities sake.
