I've been capturing some cartoons and the station uses an animated logo. My problem is I can deinterlace the cartoon no problem, however the logo won't. It's computer generated of course, but it starts out with movement every two fields then goes to movement every field. Is this a common problem? I was hoping to archive this on the computer at 24fps. Should I just keep it interlaced at 30fps? Solutions please, I don't mind the logo and can live with it, but having it look like that drives me crazy.

There's a couple of threads mentioning delogo for use with virtualdub that I have read. Results vary, animated logo will probably be very tricky. Do a forum search for delogo.
