    Hi

    Anyone know why my VCD would be jumpy and pause at sections when I increase the bitrate to 1500kbps

    I've been told there is a bug in the latest Templates, to fix it I was told to change this section GOP Structure for PAL Template:
    Number of P picture in GOP = 4
    Output interval of sequence header = 1
    previous settings were 5 and 0

    for the NTSC Template just change:Output interval of sequence header = 1
