Here's what Gspot says about it:
It plays fine in DivX player on Win XP. I am trying to convert to NTSC 720x480. I just cant seem to get it to convert. If I frameserve, or open directly in TPMGENC, Mainconsept or CCE I get the audio, but no video, or just some random frame. I even extracted the audio and converted it to CBR 48 Khz PCM, but no joy there. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I just convert this to a plain Huffyuv-compressed AVI? I also tried upping the DirectShow priority in TMPGENC, that changed nothing.

I got the latest version of the Divx (5.2), and this seems to have fixed it. I guess that my old 5.02 version wasnt any good.
