  1. Hello,

I just exported an MPG2 video in Premiere (v6.5, MPEG Encoder v1.2). I opened the file in GSpot and VideoToolBox to see its info, and they both don't give me any, like what codec it uses, etc. GSpot says "n.a." for everything. VideoToolBox gives me an error when I load the video: "Violation d'accès Ã* l'adresse 0049EB95 dans le module 'VideoToolBox.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 00000004." Then, the only info it shows here is file size, valid, duration, resolution, and "Movie Complete: No".

Is this normal? Or did I do something wrong encoding it? The video plays in PowerDVD, so I don't get the n.a.'s and "Movie complete: No" part. It also plays in DVD MovieFactory (I made a ISO from the video). I don't have a DVD burner, so I can't burn it (will soon on another PC/Mac, if all goes well).

In MPEG Encoder in Premiere, I selected DVD, then Edit > Multiplexer Settings, Multiplexing Type: DVD. I didn't change any other settings.

Is there something wrong, or is this normal? (Hope I explained this as best I can)

    Thx!

  2. The earlier versions of GSpot didn't display MPEG information try upgrading to the latest version here http://www.headbands.com/gspot/gspot251dl.html

I'm not familiar with VideoToolBox or french for that matter but it seems like this program is crashing.
