I have the Dazzle DVC 150. It is an external box that connects to the computer via USB2. On a few tapes the record volume is a bit low. According to support I cannot change the record volume but instead I should change the volume durring editing.
Does any one know of a way to increase the record volume? (The normal record settings have no effect because it is an external hardware device). Maybe a registry change?
Thanks

I'm not familiar with this hardware but what I can say is this: If the signal to noise ratio is good, simply use besweet to amplify the audio stream after it is captured.

That's one answer but I'd much rather increase it durring capture and avoid extra steps.
