    A friend of mine told me he could over 800MB VCD's on a 700MB CD-R. The reasoning sounds impossible, but is this true and how much can you Max out at.

    Since VCD has fixed specs, video 1150kbps+audio 224kbps, you can fit up to 80 minutes of video on a 80 min CD-R.
