why is that sometimes there is two ac3 5.1-ch english with the same file size, can u delete one?

yes you can delete one as long as it's the right one as it depends what it is
it may be another language which you don't really need -
if you have the latest version (definitely in that one), it has an audio preview I think you may be able to use. Right click in the preview window and you should be able to see the streams
I don't know if you need any codecs installing or if it just uses the defalut ones on your system
