vcd imager?

ok, I have a few questions about this software that I couldn't find at this site or the main vcd imager site
first...
1)how do I install the thing?

I tried downloading it and it's spread apart in a lot of pieces? I'm confused,
secondly since it's a command line program I want to use the gui,

2)how do I install that?

3)How can I make xvcd or xsvcd images with this program once I install it?

4)can I burn these bin/cue images with any program or do I have to have nero?,

if you want to use a gui you must download a gui, like vcdeasy,vcdimagergui,vcdcomposer or tscv. just download and extract to a folder and run the guiname.exe
