I have a very dull & dark avi file. And I am going to use TMPGENC plus to convert it to MPG to be put on DVD. I was wondering is it possible to increase the brightness, contrast and colour of the AVI file during the conversion process?? Are there TMPGENC plugins that does this? Generally what would be the best way/method to brighten, contrast and colour enhance the AVI file during its transition from AVI to MPG.????

Use the simple colour correction filter under the advanced tab, you can adjust brightness and contrast there as well. Be aware it will probably add to the conversion time considerably.
