I've only flirted with DVD_Ripper, and that caused the big flare-up because tekkieman was jealous. So that went nowhere
    If in doubt, Google it.

    Hello,

Craig - Actually I've heard that the midwest US speaks the English that was spoken about the time of the migrations (1500-1600's). It mutated on the East Coast so New York and Boston sound really weird but the Midwest keeps the old English. (no accent ).

I know for me, flaninacupboard made a point one day about how us Americans were using bastardized english...which may indeed be true, I don't know. If you pay attention to the text and where people are from you'll see subtle differences in the language.

As for me personally, I could careless about it. I don't put a lot of stock in correct spelling or grammer because to me, I believe language whether written or spoken only serves the purpose of communication. As long as I can clearly state whatever I am talking about then who gives a shit if it is spelled correctly and that my sentence is in proper structure? Some may care...I do not.

I will find the gibberish that I posted once to prove my point.
