Kind of expensive at Sam's Club.
Yep. NewEgg had them for $49.00 for 50 a few weeks ago.

I think 8X Taiyo-Yuden DVD-Rs are still the "gold standard" as far as the bext recordable DVDs on the market now, and the price is better than the Verbatim 8X DatalifePluses.
TYG02 is $45.00 for 50 at Rima, but tack on shipping and it'll be more than NewEgg's price on MCC 02RG20 ($46.00+0.99 shipping). Frankly I've gotten better results with MCC 8x -R than TY 8x -R.

Maybe your settings in NERO is wrong.
Check this website to see if your settings is correct in Nero:

  5. I checked it and did exactly what it told me to do.

I tried it two times. Once on my Maxell DVD+R, and another time on my BenQ DVD+RW. It finished burning successfully on the +RW... and failed at 0% on the +R. I didn't change ANYTHING.

  7. Okay it's finally solved. It appeared my burner was a defect. I returned it and changed it for another one and the new one is fine. It even burns -Rs. Thanks for all those who tried helping me .
