CReating chapters with easy CD and dvd creator

Hi,
does anyone in the list know if there is a way to create the chapters with easy CD and DVD. With Nero this process is easy but I cannot find a solution with easy

Don't use it... unless they have fixed this in the last 6 months it will re-encode your compliant MPEG's each and every time. You cannot turn this off.

They have a vey nice and intuitive DVD menuing solution but when it wants to spend another few hours re-encoding my compliant MPEG's I threw it away in favor of DVD Movie Factory V3 by Ulead.
