--Although, we don't know if yoda faces the new vader at the end of episode 3. Supposedly though Anakin is Vader for only the last 5 minutes of episode 3 (rumors of course).

---Only Obi Wan and Luke faced off against Vader in the original trilogy. If there were any encounters between Vader and Yoda they were not obvious. Especially since Vader assumed Luke learned all of his skills from Obi Wan - Even AFTER HE KILLED HIM!!!--
