Can anyone tell me how to do this on either the R200 or RX600 Epson printers, I have both? Really hate to have to send these to Epson (still under warranty) if I can do it myself. I have looked all over the net trying to find service manuals but no luck. Also the SSC Service Utility does not work for either of these printers as far as resetting the counter. Thank you for your help and/or advice on this subject.
