But I still have problem and don't know how to ask for help without breaking the rules.

Your request was for a downloadable copy of a program with a keygen. Even if you bought the program originally, asking for pirated copy because you didn't back it up is still a breach of the rules.
If your problem is you didn't back up your software, and the company you bought it from is now bust, then you are pretty much SOOL. You might get a little sympathy, but that is the best you can hope for. -

Uhh what do you mean I asked for a pirated copy ?? I didn't request anything as far as I know. I was just asking for help.
English isn't my first language and I thought I said everything right but apparently something didn't.
Asking a question about a burning problem isn't breaking the rulez right ???Today Is The First Day Of The Rest Of This Miserable Week -
So if I ask the question again but just say "a movie" instead of XXXXXX everything is alright ??

Customise this to suit (strike out anything not applicable):
"I have a MPEG/AVI/WMV file. I wish to convert it to VCD/SVCD/DVD/DivX so I can play it on my PC/MAC/DivX Player/DVD Player. I have tried <insert guide link here> but I'm getting stuck at the point where...."
You should have success with that.
Edited / CapmasterIf in doubt, Google it. -

Hello,
Good move on clearing up the warez issue Cap. Though, I personally would have used ---- instead of xxxx, That makes it look like xxx and we don't want THOSE type of questions poping up here in the open forum do we????

There are other forums you can ask for stuff you can't ask for here. Why not try some of those?
