  1. That is why I look back the 50' to 70' and found 'Barbarella'.

    Not my cup of tea.

Another worst movie for me: Y Tu Mama Tambien.

    Hello,

XXX with Vin Disel wasn't that bad. It wasn't art but it was better than a lot of the action flicks these days.

XXX is one of the few movies I have chosen not to view.
    His name was MackemX

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

Yeah there is such a thing and yes like they do have a life, although I would guess it's in the 100's of thousands if not millions of hours. I would guess the mechanical components along with PSU are more susceptible to wear though.

"Stranded" - movie out a few years ago that was about astronauts stuck at Mars after an accident involving their landing craft.

closest link I can find to the movie:
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283015/
(foreign version, I think - but it mentions the US version as "Stranded (2003/II) and I can't find a link to that one)

Abosolutely no flow to the story and the acting was some of the worst I had ever seen...

I don't know if it was ever in the theatre, I rented a copy off the "new release" shelf at Blockbuster last fall.....

I asked for my money back when I took it in -- it was that bad. The manager agreed that the movie sucked, but I wasn't getting my 4 bucks back....

We're talking about different films named "The Order" then. The one I was referring to was the stinker with Heath Ledger as some sort of rare order of clergy.

I didn't like that movie the first time I saw it - but only 'cause I didn't really get it.

The first veiwing experience was ruined by seeing it all squished to fit the TV screen and the film had been edited.

I've seen it quite a few times since, over the years, and it keeps getting better with each time I see it - it's hilarious and has become one of my favorites.

The movie was way ahead of it's time...it's based on a popular French comic book.

Set in the future, where humans no longer exchange in sex physically (think of the movie, Demolition Man)...So sex is something totally new to Barbarella when she experiences it for the first time on her adventurous mission.
What she discovers along the way, is that she likes sex - she not only likes sex...but she REALLY likes sex!

She likes sex so much that her counterparts can't keep up with her.

There's a plot but it's secondary - the accent is on Barbarella's sexuality.

The guy she's searching for throughout the movie, is the one who turns out to be the villain...and attempts to kill Barbarella off with his torture machine that is designed to give her multiple orgasms - and to put it to it's maximum level.

Instead of the machine killing Barbarella...it turns her on so much that it can't keep up with her and breaks (melts is more like it)

There he gives the classic line - You broke it - have you no shame?!

It's a funny movie if you really look at it for what it was intended.
Think of it like an oversexed version of the Batman TV series from the '60s.

Some scenes where too taboo for that time and had to be toned down - like Barbarella's bi-sexual experiences with the lesbian Tyrant, Anita Pallenberg character.

The movie was directed by Jane Fonda's husband at the time, Roger Vadim...he was formally married to Brigitte Bardot, and made her an International Sex Symbol...and was attempting that with Jane at the time.

I agree. I thought the first one was alright, nothing to be that excited over...Kind of like LOTR, good story, decent movie...if you have 4 hours to kill

I would like to add to the movie sucks list:

    Glass house
    Final Destination 2
    Jason vs Freddie
and any movie with Austin Kusher in it.
(B.E. was alright, would have been better without him. Good story, poor theatrical ending, repulsive lead actor.)
