O.K., I usually don't get involved in OT posts; especially these kinds. <I do enjoy reading them however>. Anyway ... I've seen a trend lately of people posting their goodbyes. Are these a cry for help? Maybe we should start a "Help-Line" Forum.
Seriously though ... I'm old school. As long as posts are kept civil I PERSONALLY don't have any problems with anything said. That's free speech ... that allows for a free exchange of ideas and that's what makes this forum (or a Nation) great.
I'm sorry to see people getting their feelings hurt and leaving. I wish they would stay. To me its life ... sometimes you just have to bit your tounge. Othertimes you have to respond, but again in a civil manner. I guess others feel they need to get away (which I guess is not bad either). -

No. I have been PM'ing with Indo and Offline and the poll was not indo's idea. Offline had solicited Indo to become a Mod some time ago and had quietly been working with Baldrick to gain his approval.
I was concerned that the poll would make his departure suspect and any subsequent appointment seem dubious. I can assure you though, that there is no such tom-foolery going on. -
