I need to convert from ogg to mpg or avi need help fast

Someone told me that nero has a plugin out but I cant find it.
If anyone out there has info on conversion of ogg to mpg or ogg to avi I need the help. If you know any program out thats freeware or that has a trial please post info

Are you talking Ogg Vorbis audio to MP3, or Video and audio in an ogm container to avi?

If it is video+audio to avi, then VirtualdubMod is what you need. If there is only one audio stream, just load the OGM, make sure audio and video are set to direct stream copy, and hit Save as.. and save as an AVI.

If there is more than one audio stream you need to demultiplex them and author the audio seperately (if DVD is your destination).
