I've been backing up some DVD's using:

    DVD Shrink (extracting Movie only)
TMPGnc DVD Aothor to put a chapter menu back in.
    Burning in Nero 6.

In Nero it warns that the combined bitrate is two high.
It says the Video bitrate in 9800 (which I know is the max allowed)
and then it adds in the audio bitrate and warns that the combined total is to high.

I ignore the warning and burn the DVD on LG 4082B with Fuji discs.
They seam to play fine on my Magnasonic Player except for an occasional skip during playback.

How could the bitrate be two high since I just backed up a DVD and did not incress the bitrate and could this cause the skipping. I searched the forms and other people have had skipping but the usual cause is bad Media but I have been using the Fuji.

    What DVDs ?

Could it be your menu which is exceeding the bitrate ?
