Hello,
What am I doing wrong with my signature picture? I was told you need to do the [,img]websiteaddress.jpg[,/img] (comma added to show procedure) routine to get it to work.
It's not showing up. My pic is in the test forum. Which website do I copy? The one in the address bar or the little posted icon for a direct link to that post???

You need to have the pic hosted. You cannot link to it if it is in a thread.

Yoda is trying to link to a picture he has posted in another thread, is he not?
Or have I totally misread his post. -

I'm pretty sure my sig is linked to a post in the test forum - am I mistaken ?
Buddha says that, while he may show you the way, only you can truly save yourself, proving once and for all that he's a lazy, fat bastard. -
My sig pic is too. Right click it and check the properties.

Hello,
Vcdhunter - so how did you set it up? Did you put the main web address in the img brackets? (the http://www....jpg)?

Maybe I am mistaken. Tgpo put mine somewhere on this site and told me what to type.
This is what my sig line looks like without the img brackets

You must have to change the "p" number to that of your test post and then the file name of the picture.

Hello,
I GOT IT!!!
Thanks Hardcoreruss. I figured I must have to right click the picture in the test forum and then copy that web address into my profile.
I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Hello,
Hey guys, thanks again for the help with the sig pic. Quick question, how well do you think a screen cap of a 720x480 movie would look stretched to the size of signature requirements? (400x60?).
Anyone done this for a movie cap?? My yoda capture from episode 1 is a bit small and was hoping to stretch it but maintain the ratio.
Kevin
EDIT - The picture currently displayed is 90x60 for a reference.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
