    I just got a HP 420i drive. It works with the HP software fine. DVD Decrypter sees it fine, but Nero will not see it. I have updated the firmware. I am running XP. Any thoughts on what to do to get Nero to recognize the drive?

    I'm in the same boat. Just got a new burner (LiteOn 812s) to replace the old one, but Nero won't see it. Nero Drivespeed & Infotool see it fine, as does Decrypter & RecordNowDX. I'm running XP also & Nero 5.5.10.50
    If God had intended us not to masturbate he would've made our arms shorter.

    Got the Nero update to 5.5.10.56, all is well in burnland!
