  1. I hope someone can help me. I've searched this site for some info on this but can't seem to come up with an answer. I'm trying to use CD-RWs for VCDs but When I use NERO 5.0 it won't let me uncheck the close disk box there by rendering the disk a one time use. Is there a way around this. Any help would be appreciated.

  2. What are you wanting to do, add tracks or just reuse it? If all you want to do is reuse it, just format the CD.

    Or just erase it, simple!

  4. OK, maybe I'm a dumba$$ but if I use a rewritable that's allready had a VCD burned on it NERO spits it out saying "disk not writable". If I try to delete files using Windows Explorer is says "access denied". I guess what I need are specifics on how to format a rewritable so I can reuse it. (burn VCD, erase it, burn VCD, erase it, ect).

  5. Open Nero
Across the menus at the top is "CD-Recorder"
    Click on this item
A drop down menu will appear. One of the choices is "Erase CD-Rewritable"
Click on this item and a new window opens allowing you to erase the CDRW. Generally less than 1 minute.
