Hello,
I just got a DVD writer installed on my PC. I use firewire to connect my Canon Elura 20 to the PC thru a capture card. When I use the DVD burning software (Rixio 6) to write to DVD as I play the videotape, the video got written alright, but there are high pitching noise in the DVD, and the voice didn't got written correctly. I shot the video in progressive mode, would that be the cause of the problem? later I found out that even if I don't write the DVD, just play the tape in that mode, the voice was distorted severely when I watch it on my PC.
thanks,
Jason
