I cannot seem to find any help on this. I have a Quicktime .mov file I would like to get to MPG or ultimately SVCD (which I can do if I had an MPG). I have tried to use TMPGEnc Plus with the QTReader.vfp file, but I get no audio source, there is no wav to select.

I then tried TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress and it has no error opening the mov file, and mov is not a selectable type.

    Any ideas?

Thanks for the link to the guide, but my TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress does not have MOV as a supported file type?! And when I do select "all files" and try to use it, I get error opening file. Any Ideas?

You might want to try running your MOV file through one of the MOV-AVI tools, such as Rad Video Tools or MOV2AVI. Then encode the AVI with TMPGEnc.

    Got it.

I seems none of the guides tell you that you need to have the quicktime player installed first.
