Sorry about the quality of these pics. As you know from past posts of mine I am awful at resizing photos so I just took them at the lowest possible resolution so I would not need to **** about.

Russ, did you have those speakers custom built or do they just look that way? Either way, they look nice and I'm sure that system is loud, especially with those four speakers right next to your head.

Yeah I have series 1 up in the bedroom, series 2 is on route and I have the other five pre-ordered.

They were expensive, and they still work

HD/widescreen is hardly mainstream here.

I still use a normal TV. LCD flatscreen 27 incher. Not great, but more than satisfactory.

I'd guess around....a foot. I'm only going off of what the box and the manual call it.

hmm, you shouldn't have any DTS -only- DVD's, the spec requires at least one DD or PCM track for NTSC and one DD, PCM or MP2 track for PAL.....

He's probably talking backups in which he kept only the DTS track (I have several like this & they play fine on my system).

I like the apple too. Probably my favorite flavor. I never smoked the one in the pic - it's purely ornamental. But I smoked several in Egypt. Soooo smooth you don't even know it's tobacco.

Seriously, I'd snap a shot of my HT setup, but that POS camera of mine wouldn't cut it. Centerpoint is a 32" Wega. Nice, but still 1.33:1! Hey, I'd love a WS set, but w/o breaking the bank! Maybe one of the CRT-based sets I've seen on the market recently (saw one in a DirecTV ad). Surely gotta be cheaper than LCD or Plasma.

Sorry they are 17" Viewsonics. I wanted 19" but there was not enough room for three.
