Ok.... I just transfered Band of Brothers from VHS to a mpg1 format. I burned it on a CD or VCD and i played it on my dvd player. It worked great but... on action scenes (particularly episode 2) they glitched and turned blocky. Also the audio sucks and its hard to even know which part it was. Does anyone have any suggestions to get it play good... Maybe i should convert it to an SVCD what do i do?

By the way when ever i play it on the computer it freezes up, only on the vcd itself, not the original file on the hard drive.
