Hi,
All
First up...
This only happens on some svcd files.
I extract the mpeg from the svcd with iso buster.
then put the 2 mpeg files thru tmpeg to get my dvd file.
Problem being when i play the file it is out of sync?
Now i have done this about 50 times and no problem just seems more recently more svcd files are out of sync after going thru tmpeg.
Should i encode both discs seperately to have 2 dvd compliant files then put them into tmpeg dvd source creator as 2 seperate files?
Hope this makes sense.

Been reading it could be to do with demuxing the audio?
How do i do this and is it the original svcd mpegs i demux or the
mpeg2 file tmpeg created.
Thanks

Hello,
You could use tmpgenc. File - mpeg tools - demultiplex.
You could use either the original svcd or the new mpg file. You want to get the audio out of it.

Hello,
Also, you may want to start over and check out these guides:
https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?tools=&madeby=&formatconversionselect=SVCD+to+DVD&...or+List+Guides
They are svcd to dvd.

Still cannot get it in sync.
This only seems to be on the second part of the film.
Extracted the audio in Virtual dub then added the auidio and mpeg to
Tmpeg and encoded again and it still never worked.
Cannot seem to find a guide to help me demux.
As i do not know what i am doing with it?

OK this may or may not help...it depends on your DVD player but it works for me every time.
1. rip your file to h/d
2. TMPGenc - load in audio only. Reencode as Audio 48000, 224 bit stereo
3. TMPGenc DVD Author
4. Load your ripped file then load your new audio file.
5. Author to h/d
6. Cyberlink PowerDVD to test
7. If ok, BURN
Works with CYBERHOME DVD Players + PACIFIC DVD Players + PHILIPS DVD Players.'It isn't easy having a good time .... even smiling makes my face ache' -
Ever tried SVCD2DVDMPG? 100% success rate in SVCD (1 or 2 CD) to DVD conversion. Then author with whatever.
