    I need the XP drivers for the Sony DCR-DVD200 camera. Does anyone have them?

    There aren't any. What are you trying to do? What makes you think you need drivers?

    I plugged in the camera into my computer and nothing happened. I emailed Sony and they said you need the driver CD (which I never got as I got the camera used). I looked on eBay and most of the other camera said they come with the drivers for XP. I emailed Sony and they said drivers are needed, but aren't available for download. I would have to buy the CD.

    You won't need any drivers if you are using Firewire (i-Link) but you may well do if you are trying to use USB. As USB is only really any use for downloading stills and not video, just use Firewire.

    You're absolutely right, just checked the Sony website and it doesn't have Firewire. I thought that the DVD range were a backwards step, I never realised just how far backwards......
