OK, Another E55 question.
I can author DVD's using Neo DVD. I've also used proshow gold for DVD slideshows.
So far I have only created them on RAM discs as tests. These run fine on PC or a Panasonic 35 DVD player. But on the E55 they give an "Unformat" error.
Is there any way around this, or must I use -R to play on the E55?

Are they in a cartridge? If so set the protection tab on the cartridge to on. That puts it in the forced verify mode, I've been able to view discs that way that I couldn't get to work any other way. If it's not in a cartridge and you have one in a cartridge, you can always swap the discs.
