    I currently use Roxio EZ Media Creator v7 to create slideshows of digital pictures and music and then burn them on DVD to watch on a TV. The output is 4x3.

    I just accquired a 16x9 TV and progressive scan DVD and they stretch the 4x3 DVD to fill the 16x9 screen, thus distorting the output.

    Are there any DVD authoring packages that will take in still pics, music, and output a 16x9 format DVD ?

    Or maybe there are some tools that will convert mine from 4x3 to 16x9 ?

    convert 4:3 to 16:9 how? i mean, all that would do is probably stretch out everything and make it look wide.


    vegas 5 can do it though.
