Program to make multi-title dvd?

I am looking for a program to allow me to put more than one dvd onto one dvdr. I have 3 folders on my hd with the ripped dvd (vob files, etc.) and I can't seem to find a program that will let me use the vob files and put all 3 on one dvdr. I would like to have a main menu that will allow me to select one of the 3 dvds and then goes to it's menu.
I've looked in the guides but i can't find one that will allow me to use vob files, just mpeg2 files. Maybe i'm not seeing it, but if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Use TmpgencDVDAuthor.

Import ' Video Movie '- instead of- ' Files '.

you can use dvd shrink first on the files if it doesn't all fit
and you'll need to remake the menu's
