Experience with EO-Video RM-->MPEG Conversion?

Has anyone had success with this EO-Video program? I just tried it out tonight and had absolutely no luck. I was trying to convert RM to AVI (DIVX) and also RM to MPEG (NTSC VCD). I followed the guide here on VCD Help but received an unexplained error every time.

When I start the conversion process it says 'Error! Unexpected Converter/Joiner engine process termination' This happens a few seconds after I hit the start button for the conversion. The current time counter never moves off of 0:00:00:00. It gives a quality and time warning about converting RM files and then quits with this error.

I'm running the following:
I am running EO-Video on an Athlon 750mhz on Windows 2000 with 768mb or so of RAM. I use several other video conversion programs without any problems in converting between AVI and MPEG, so I do not believe it is a AVI or MPEG codec issue. I do have real player 8 build 6.0.9.381 installed and I am albe to play RM video files without any problems.

I sent an email off to EO-Video support, but without a registered version, i don't really expect much support. Of course, without proof of a working program they shouldn't expect me to purchase it.

Any help is appreciated.... many RM's to convert!

I have used EO video to convert several RM files with no problems. The last couple i have tried though, have had audio synch problems that I am trying to work out now. Maybe try a different RM file and see if you can get it to work with a different movie.
