Slimline clamshell cases are about 1/2 the thickness of standard cases. Is there any program that properly resize cover art to fit. I cut and pasted and reduced the spine to 1/2 width but the program I'm using to print keeps resizing for a standard box. A normal box insert is 10 3/4 inches but for slimline it needs to be 10 3/8"

I discovered that the program I'm using to edit the covers,Irfanview, has a very configurable print utility. It allows precise selection of the size of the print image. So I have answered my own question.

I used the regular ones and trimmed them down to fit. Then I got some of the regular cases in my next order....

You can use Photoshop or any graphics software. Make a template sized 10 1/2w x 7 1/4h, then insert your jpg image of the cover. Print on legal-seized paper and voila!
There's a good sale at CompUSA: you get both Photoshop Elements and Album for $50 after rebates.
Good luck.
