First off, if you have a spare copy of winoncd then you can still use vid pack 4 and overburn. Save the raw track in vid pack, import into winoncd and save to a project file. Open it in CDMage and convert to bin and cue. Then you can burn in just about anything.

As for VCDEasy, yes it can do all that and more. If you are using still menus then you don't even have to use the # keys to select items. You can simulate hotspot buttons. You just create multiple items showing the "button highlight" over each option. Then you link between them with the next and previous keys and use enter to select that item. Basically, it functions exactly like a DVD except that you use the next and prev track keys to navigate instead of the arrow keys. This of course can all be done in vid pack 4 as well.

To see what I mean check out this section of my guide.

And try downloading the sample disk image to see how it functions on your hardware player. Get it from the main page.

As for how you create all the functionality you want? I don't know what else to tell you except to learn what the functions of VCDEasy are. You want item A to go to item B when you hit button C? Then you simply go to item A and find the C option, and set it to B.

    Dear Adam,
    Thanks for your quick reply.
I created a .raw using Videopack 4.0.I have WinOnCd 6.But I was not able to import the Videopack .raw files. How does one do it?
I then created a Project using WinOnCd 6 made a Disc Image but when I open it in CDmage it gives me an error "Invalid format of File".

Moreover I got jerks in video and audio when I burnt a VCD using Easyvcd.I have Plextor PX 5224TA Writer and used 4X writing speed using generic-mmc driver.I then created an image file using Easyvcd and used Nero to burn the VCD using 4X speed. The Jerks were still there. But when I use the same MPG file to burn a VCD using Videopack 4.0 and Winoncd 6.0 at 4X I got a clean VCD without any jerks.

Where could I have gone wrong???

    Looking forward to your reply,
    zerohash
